Daniel has been in the industry for over 20 years and during that time has taken on many different roles - spanning from refrigeration technician to General Manager of large scale reefer operations across Australia and New Zealand. Daniel is passionate about the industry and applying his unique knowledge in service and operations to help shipping lines with reporting, data analysis and efficiencies - to ensure all requirements and potentials are being met.

With a solid two decades of industry experience, Anthony brings a calm and steady energy to the RMS team. His practical approach approach to warehouse logistics, quoting, packing, organisation and stock control combined with his solid background (Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade as well as refrigeration mechanic and supervisor) ensures he runs a tight ship from day-to-day.

With a whopping 40+ years of industry experience under his belt, Peter knows a thing or two about refrigeration. A trusted mechanic with vast knowledge in reefer containers, Peter is also well-versed in cool rooms, industrial refrigeration, air-conditioning and ice machines… and we reckon there’s probably nothing he can’t do! Peter services, repairs, and installs with confidence and care and holds an extensive knowledge of PTI’s, off-hire surveys and emergency callouts.

As RMS’ QLD Supervisor, Owen leads the charge for both domestic and shipping line clients up north. With 9 years of industry experience and backed by a Cert III (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning), a Statement of Attainment, a Cert III (Instrumentation & Process Control) and 4 years of Automotive Air Conditioning and Manufacturing experience - Owen brings a wealth of practical knowledge and know-how to RMS’ daily operations.

A crucial part of our New Zealand offering, Bob is a Senior Technician with a focus on container repairs and pre-trip inspections (PTIs) combining electrical and refrigeration knowledge to keep containers working the way they should. With 40 years in the industry, he brings serious experience to every job, supported by his Registered Electrician status and current practising licence.
On an average day you’ll find Bob tackling PTIs, completing electrical and refrigeration repairs, and working through the paperwork that comes with it!

With 15 years of industry experience, including a Cert III in Refrigeration and Air Con, Ben’s technical background allows him a practical and customer-focused approach that his customers always appreciate.

With 15+ years in the industry, Ben started off his career as an RMS apprentice with Certificate III (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) and has since expanded his skillset into the areas of bus and trans air conditioning. A steady set of hands, Ben brings his expertise to every breakdown, repair, and quote, with a professional focus on responsive breakdown support and repairs, including defence army and navy work.

As an Apprentice Refrigeration Technician and third-generation in the refrigeration trade, Ryan brings a friendly confidence to all thing servicing, repairs and installations. Armed with a Cert IV in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, as well as extensive training and practical experience in ice machines, he’s well-equipped to handle whatever the day (or night) throws his way.

Lincoln is a 2nd year Technician Apprentice and has been part of the RMS family for 3 years. Currently powering through his Cert III (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) and getting fully immersed in refrigeration trade, Linc is learning fast and building real-world skills on the tools from day to day. Most days, you’ll find him knocking out pre-trip inspections and jumping into breakdown support across the Sydney area—helping keep servicing efficiently on track to the highest standard.

Ged’s career started in the UK, where he built a reputation within the Maersk fold, managing ports all across the country. After relocating to Australia 15 years ago, he leaned further into the technical side of the industry and has since solidified his practice as a senior refrigeration technician. With 49 years in the industry, Ged brings a wealth of experience and a strong, practical understanding of operational leadership to the RMS team.
Chris Margaritis

Field Supervisor
Chris brings a hands-on approach to his role with RMS driving day-to-day work, while still getting in the field as a technician to support the team. With 25 years in the industry, he’s built a deep understanding of air conditioning and refrigeration - and he’s spent his career broadening his knowledge in refrigerated containers as well as commercial and retail refrigeration.
Keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, Chris balances the practical with the paperwork: servicing refrigerated containers whilst handling RMS’ daily administrative operations.
